Haymilk speciality
Haymilk is the most original method of producing milk and is adapted to the changing seasons. The cows that produce haymilk spend the summer on domestic pastures and meadows, where in addition to fresh air and clean water, they can enjoy plenty of juicy herbs and grasses. In winter, the animals eat hay. As a supplement, they receive coarse grain, which is rich in minerals.

Species-appropriate feeding of the haymilk cows during the course of the year – with fresh grasses and herbs in the summer and hay in the winter – is reflected in the high quality of the milk.
